  These apartments are in a great location and the units themselves are decent, but I ultimately decided not to live here because of the leasing office staff and the service I received. This was by far the worst experience I had with any apartment complex I toured in Tysons. I attempted to schedule a tour multiple times, and each appointment was either canceled or unattended for various reasons. On one occasion, I arrived for a confirmed appointment with the email confirmation, only to be told that my tour was never scheduled. After driving over two hours to get there, I was simply told to reschedule for another day, without any apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. In addition, I emailed the leasing office repeatedly over a two-week period and never received a single response. I would not recommend wasting your time trying to schedule a tour here—there are many other apartment communities in Tysons that offer far better service.

  Bolden and Rise at the Boro! This community is an excellent place to live, offering a truly pleasant experience with its luxurious amenities and a very nice neighbourhood. The management team demonstrates exceptional expertise in facility management, providing highly organized and instant maintenance support, which makes day-to-day life smooth and stress-free. The convenience of living here is outstanding, especially for those who work remotely, as it provides a smoke-free and conducive environment for working from home. My children absolutely love living here and enjoy all the community has to offer. To anyone planning a move to our neighbourhood, we wholeheartedly encourage you to choose Bolden and The Rise at the Boro for a high-quality, supportive living experience.

  Living in Bolden is great. Great location, beautiful neighborhood with Whole Foods downstairs, movie theatre right across the streets, and a lot of new restaurants within walking distance. The sky park and gym and common area are also cool. The management team and staff are friendly and very helpful before we even moved in, shout out to Riley.

  Gold Standard Excellence!!! •Rating based on the leasing, move-in experience as well as the building community itself Incomparable & superb are certainly understatements in respect to my experience with Nohemi. She was patient, beyond helpful and consistently went the extra mile to ensure I had an enjoyable & effortless leasing experience as well as move-in! Nohemi took the time to listen & discuss my desires prior to me making any final decisions on any units. Not only did she show me various floor plans available, she helped to me decipher exactly what I wanted. (I had a very specific criteria list). She even traveled back and forth in the rain to ensure I was satisfied with the unit I chose. My experience with Nohemi gave me the confidence to submit a deposit- the SAME day! I visited various buildings in the community and by far, the staff at the Bolden exemplified the best service. My move-in experience.... was effortless! Riley & Nohemi are awesome! Riley ensured I was informed & comfortable with all of the leasing information. He also went the extra mile & loaned me some tools I needed the day of move-in. Nohemi checked on me throughout the day & immediately worked to handle a minor issue I encountered. Service DOES NOT get any better than this! Each staff member I interacted with was extremely welcoming & helpful! ....Thank you Vinny for such a warm welcome & your help during my first week! The maintenance team is also amazing! Mr. Caesar also went above & beyond to resolve requests & address inquiries I made (on the SAME day)! As you can read I can go on and on about my experience at the Bolden thus far! Besides being an astonishing community inside & out, the entire team here is truly what distinguishes the Bolden from the other communities within the area. You will NOT regret moving here if you are in search of an apartment home!
