  I got a 2024 mobile home thru Clayton mobile homes in tazewell.Paula Wilson was amazing and done a lot .finally got it ready to move in can't turn furnace on cause waiting on heat pump .it's been said it's scheduled but why get a place that's 3 or more hrs away to bring heat pump .I'm still waiting .each day I get a run around when I call Clayton mobile homes in tazewell .that the guy is in hospital and they don't know when heat pump will be put in. Why get rid of someone who was helping and the others not following thru with wats going on with mobile home. Other then that the home is beautiful but I'd like to get in it before it gets really cold cause I do have water in the mobile home.dont want the pipes to bust. But if they don't get the heat pump in soon .the pipes will bust and then they will be getting a call to fix them . Paula Wilson was a understanding and compassionate person when a customer would call.she was a person who was concerned bout Wat the customers wanted and needed. I bet if she was still there .I wouldn't be waiting on them to bring the heat pump .she would have it done in no time. But let's see Wat happens if heat pump gets put in this week or next .but I bet it won't.ill be calling every day if it's not. I did when I got the home told people if u need a new home to go to Clayton mobile homes in tazewell.they will hook you up .but now if anyone wants a home I'll tell them go somewhere else. I'm sorry if Clayton mobile homes doesn't like Wat I said but why sell a home to someone then the employees doesn't want to meet the customers needs.

  For what we've spent purchasing our new home here, the entire experience has been incredibly disappointing since the sales agent who sold us our home (Paula) no longer works there. It's like they forgot we even existed. Set-up wasn't finished and I've had to make repeated calls to get issues addressed and some still aren't, although the service orders mysteriously show closed in the MyHome service center. I'm hoping they will make this right because the home itself is beautiful, but as of now, I would recommend going somewhere else for your home.

  I am very close to moving into what I have deemed our retirement home. It is the Clayton Vision, and with Paula's guidance, it was built as we dreamed. She was so knowledgeable and professional from our first meeting, I felt she listened and actually heard what we were looking for. When I thought I had a strange question, she never took it as that and made sure I understood everything with the process. She always said that "oh I have a great contractor for that" and she was right!! She always had a smile, and treated every customer interaction as it was her pleasure to assist them. (I have been at the center many times....more than a normal person probably). If anyone wants an honest, dedicated as if your house is the most important one, salesperson, Paula is the one. I never met the manager, as he never was there on a Sat, but he should know not only by her sales, but her customers how awesome she is!!!

  I did not purchase from them, but have witnessed the nightmare that my sn and daughter in law have gone through. Everyone super until paperwork signed and house delivered to property. Since then horrible. Many many issues not fixed. Very evasive with follow up and communication with them. 9 months after delivery to today still not completed. No block under, (so fence for 5 dogs can't be installed), cracked tiles, no hot water in master bath shower. Never given keys, so despite being told they could move in can't even lock the door. I love my clayton home. I had a great dealership (Dublin). DO NOT PURCHACE FROM THIS PLACE, YOU WILL BE SORRY. I also intend on contacting the BBB.

  I am currently working with Morgan on our purchase of our future home. Morgan is very personable and knowledgeable and so easy to work with.
