She communicated effectively, listened to our needs (I have a lot of them) and guided us every step of the way. I don’t know if this process would have been as smooth without her. She takes ownership of her customers from start to finish and even after going under contract she still check in with me and my husband. Tasia is not just a Sales Manager for Ryan Homes she is “family” to us now. We strongly recommend speaking with Tasia if you are looking to buy and need insight on the buying of your new home. The Sales Manager, Tasia and her team have taken a lot of the stress out of purchasing a home. We have been looking for a home for a while. Either the home did not have what we needed or other issues hindered our process. We found the beautiful development at the Preserves at Lake Meade. Walking trails through and around the community. Outdoor activities like chess, bocce ball, tennis courts and play grounds throughout the community. Picnic shelters and large fields where my sons can play soccer or football without being to close to the other homes. There are beautiful homes in the community. We were waiting to find a home that offered what we needed that fit our budget. Then we saw Ryan Homes coming soon! We called to make an appointment and the young lady who answered the phone remembered our family from viewing Ryan Homes previously in other locations. She said that Tasia is the Sales person I would meet and she is wonderful! I've met nice sales people in the past, but TASIA, is phenomenal! ♥️ She asked the questions to see what we would need in a home and some of our wants. Then she showed us the home that answered our needs. We were able to add some wants too! Tasia is knowledgeable and has reduced the stress of our home buying process. Even when there are changes or challenges, Tasia's knowledge and personality makes it seem like an easy task to complete. Ryan Homes, you have WINNERS on your team and Tasia Garrett, her supervisor, the young lady who worked with her and the internet team are definitely helping your customers and company succeed. They are AWESOME!
