  Been at Meridian for a little over a year now. Safe to say there is no room for complaints. The leasing office hosts events every month, the previous maintenance team and the new ones who joined us are awesome and always do a great job. Valet trash is super helpful. Love love the members in the leasing office, all of them have always been so kind and helpful whenever I had any concerns or questions. If you're wondering about bugs, I have not had much of an issue with them. Yes you're going to see them every once in a blue moon and then, but with here Im not stressing about them every day of the week. My only con to all of it is how much I pay in rent, but you most definitely get what you pay for here.

Sarah was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process from beginning to end and truly embodies the level of professionalism all leasing agents should strive for.   I just moved here in December and I am sincerely enjoying my experience. First off, Sarah (the Leasing Consultant I worked with), is AMAZING! She has been so inviting since before I moved in. Meridian also hosts fun, family oriented community events all of the time! The area is also very quiet and safe. And the amenities are AWESOME. I’m actually writing this on my way back from the onsite gym. I definitely recommend this area to anyone who enjoys a quiet, suburban, but fun and family-oriented, lifestyle ♥️

  I am so impressed with the professionalism and dedication this team has shown me through my move in process. Sarah was extremely sweet and helpful when we discussed my move in options and was quick to provide me with the information that I needed. Every time I called the office, I was greeted with a pleasant and speedy answer from either her or Lexie. Now I understand why they won that gold medal for best customer service in that Suffolk news paper. I highly recommend Meridian Obici if you looking for a new home. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!

  I am very disappointed as prospective resident about this place. Yesterday, 11/12/2025, a friend of mine whom is a property manager at a different property. Call and spoke to Lexie (the leasing consultant) about an available apartment on the 4th floor. Lexie took my info and ask my property manager friend to give her a call the next morning, she would be available. I spoke Lexie today 11/13/2025, at 10:26am. Asking her all the right questions before applying since I am relocating from another State. I am 4 hours drive away from the property, so I couldn't come there to do a physical tour and that is why my property manager friend called her. Lexie was very sweet over the phone, and make all the fake promises about she ensure that they apartment would be available when I gets off work today (11/13). I told her that I am at work now and I couldn't use my work laptop to apply right away due to my work anti-virus protection/restriction rules, google and other platforms are banned from the company laptop. She told me not to worry b/c the apartment that I am interested in, would be available at 3:30pm when I get off work. She even offer me to call her once I am ready to apply and she would walk me through it when I am ready to pay for the app. fee. I trusted her and even accepted my job offer, unfreeze my credit score, and adjust the moving company schedule. I am moving to Virginia for a new job offer. I called around 4:00pm twice for the second time of the day, no nobody picks up. The apartment that I am interested to apply, is no longer on the website. I called to ask for her and her coworker (Sarah) picked up the phone, telling me that the apartment is no long available. Meanwhile, that apartment has been available all week long and nobody applies for it. Sarah on the phone was telling me between the hour of 10:30am-4pm someone miraculously apply for it. Lexie on the other hand, making promises over the phone that, she will keep an eye on it and promises that it will be available around the time I gets off. She even agrees to take video's, and pictures of the actual apartment that I am interested in and that she will send it to my email right away since I am unable to do a physical tour. Lexie has my phone number, my email, and my full legal name. Between the hours of 10:30am-5:30pm I did not received no phone call, no pictures/videos, no email from Lexie about the apartment. I called twice around 4pm and all of the sudden, she is not available at the office but, she told me that she will be available until 5:30pm over the phone at 10:30am in the morning when I called. Her coworker (Sarah) lied and said that she is not available but will tell her to give me a call back. I waited all day, no phone call from Lexie, and no communication, not even "hey I am sorry, the apartment is no longer available, would you like to try a different one instead", nothing at all. I am very upset and pissed because I made a major changes to my life by trusting her words over the phone, and now the apartment is no longer available because for someone else applied for it, and no heads up for me. Very disappointed as a prospective future resident. I am also glad that this happens because it shows that the office has zero accountabilities, and that Lexie actually shows her true colors. If I had to moved there and I encountered a problem, this proves that they will make fake promises with zero accountability, and zero resolution by avoiding the problem. Thank You Lexie. Now, I had to find somewhere else to live, make movers schedule adjustments again, and etc coming from a different State. A simple phone call to tell me, when somebody rent that apartment would be nice and relieve the pain, instead I received ignorance, and no communication from Lexie....!!!!
