Every time I come in or call, they greet me with a smile and go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled. They really create a positive and welcoming environment, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Definitely happy to be able to do great business with them
- BEBrandolyn EdwardsApr 11, 20261.0The office staff can be rude and are non-compliant to their own rules and procedures; and DO NOT RESPECT YOUR PRIVACY AT ALL. In the email attached, they have in bold green letters, that you will be notified of the date windows your unit will be accessed by maintenance, this NEVER happens. They ALWAYS take the liberty to allow maintenance to enter your home at their own discretion. No respect for if you have of age children in the home alone during the day, as right now it is spring break, or if you may be showering, or just walking around comfortably in your home in a manner you may not want an outsider to catch a glimpse of. When you confront the issue by email you don’t get a response and then when you call and actually schedule an appt for them to come they don’t show up so then you have the hesitation of if they will show up unwelcomed again without notification. It really is INCONVENIENT, DISTRESSING, AWKWARD, & UNSETTLING to say the least.

Makina has been amazing, super professional, kind, and helpful the entire time. She answered all of my questions, kept me updated, and made the whole process feel easy and stress free. The property itself felt welcoming and well taken care of. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience, and I’d absolutely recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for a new home. I gave 4 stars because I have not moved in yet!
- TTTiaraJan 8, 20261.00/10 Do NOT recommend! Office staff are rude and unprofessional , do not communicate properly! Its either a dead or alive roach in the apartment everyday and we just moved here! The property manager did an amazing job selling the place , but once you move in good luck!
