The staff has been very responsive and made sure moving in was been the smoothest process I've had so far with a rental company! As long as the Manager, Brooke, and her staff are the one's at the helm, I'm pretty sure I'll be happy to live here for years to come!

Despite us never renting through a management company before, she helped expedite the processing of our application within less than a week of touring the unit. She extended kindness in telling me about the area and what stores were close by and helping me feel welcome in a new area. She made herself available to answer all my questions throughout the process, and even guided me through the application process without judgement. The price was right, the amenities are a huge bonus, and the location is great. I'm looking forward to my future in Cascades Overlook.

- KCKieran ClarkDec 4, 20255.0Had a great experience moving into this new apartment complex. The team was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating from start to finish. I had a few paperwork hiccups on my end (including an expired license), and they gave me the time and guidance to work through everything without making it stressful. Even with those delays, they were still able to get me approved and fully settled in quickly. Kayla was my main point of contact and was especially helpful, but everyone I spoke with was friendly and supportive. As for the apartment itself, the layout is really well done. The community also feels nicely tucked away from major roads, but it’s still very convenient—easy access to Routes 7 and 28, and close to plenty of shopping, restaurants, and grocery options.
