  5 stars for the maintenance team! they were so helpful getting my car unstuck from the snow. i’m so grateful they passed by and saw i needed a hand otherwise id probably be there all night. thank you guys so much!

  Despite the issues that precipitated my leaving with my dog, initially because of a neighbor dispute, I actually liked living in this apartment complex. I did have some flooding in my ground floor apartment twice as a result of dishwasher drain clog. Mgmt did completely replace the carpet the 2nd time; however, there was mold growing on the floorboards and walls of the entry closet. I did seal the windows with weatherproofing from the inside to control heating costs in the winter. I had no issues with any kind of pests, and maintenance regularly changed my filters, etc. But, I have fond memories of the area. 99.9% of the neighbors were friendly. Only one made it impossible to stay. The trails and the proximity to shopping and events was excellent. Thank you for a good memory. If someone i knew was moving to the area, I'd encourage them to thoroughly examine the apt for mold, and to have the appliances and plumbing inspected before move in.

  Wife and I Rented an un-renovated 1B1B for 2 years Pros: -good floors and carpet -good seals on windows and door, not drafty -no noise through the walls -floor plan made sense -decent walk in closet with strong shelves -heat and A/C were strong -plenty of parking -wide steps and corridors -speed bumps, wide sidewalks, school across the street, lots of stores within 1 or 2 stop lights including costco -maintenance team ROCKS -decent pool and gym Cons: -dishwasher and washer/dryer were leaking at first but maint. gave us new ones pretty quickly -trash service, while nice at times, was very spotty -many neighbors aren’t good about picking up after themselves or their pets -bath tub tile started peeling bad even when cleaned regularly -tub had some sag to it causing the old caulk around the edges to crack -shower head was dirty and leaking, just bought a new one and installed myself

  Looked at the place and moved in in December. A chaotic process at a chaotic time of year was made infinitely saner by wonderful staff. Kayla Mefford was there through most of the process to guide us and is a delight to work with, along side the rest of the staff. We came looking for an apartment, we found a place to call home.
