  🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had the pleasure of meeting Iris, one of the new maintenance crew members at Crescent Pointe Townhomes, and she is absolutely amazing! She recently came by to fix my clogged sink and tub, and she even went above and beyond by repairing my broken door handle—all in one visit. Iris worked efficiently, effectively, and with incredible expertise. She clearly knows her craft and tackled each task with precision and professionalism. It's so reassuring to have someone like her on the team who genuinely cares about resolving issues the right way. Thank you, Iris, for your excellent work! Crescent Pointe is lucky to have such a skilled and dedicated professional on their maintenance team. Highly recommended! 🙌🔧✨

  I've been living here for exactly a year and I've had MORE problems living here then any place I've lived at. Office staff are very unprofessional, they will be in the office looking at the phone ringing and won't answer. She makes up her own schedule, office is supposed to be open till 6:00 p.m she'll leave for the day at 5:00 p.m and don't even try to call corporate, they could careless they just redirect your complaint to the rental office and has her call you back and they have ever excuse for the things she doesn't do . And good luck trying to get ANYTHING fully fixed in your unit. Since I've been here a year I've had a water leak for DAYS, broken a.c. unit that maintenance couldn't come out to fix till it reached a certain degree outside (my kids were sweating in the house) he stated, still an unpatched cabinet, unlockable Windows in kids rooms with no screens after asking for days after move in, sinked in floors on the top level (which if the kids played rough could've fell through floor) fixed weeks later, a running toilet which cost you money on your water bill and the list goes on. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEIR "RENTAL SPECIALS" this place is definitely money hungry and cares NOTHING about their tenants I'm really surprised their still in business!

  I have lived there for 7yrs and it has been awesome. If you need help with anything they will be there for you. No complaints
