- KKKJan 1, 20254.0I lived here years ago. It was wonderful when I was here. The property management was stellar. In my experience most places treat you great before you sign the lease and then treat you awful after you are stuck with them but that wasn’t my experience here. They were great before I signed my lease but were even nicer after I signed. When I moved to a different state they literally packed a little bag of snacks and drinks for the long drive for me and my dad. I also loved that they didn’t charge a bunch of money to move out like cleaning fees and stuff. My other apartments charged a mandatory $275 cleaning fee and another for carpet and that was for everyone. At the time Saratoga said they clean it themselves. The only downsides were the apartments weren’t smoke free and my downstairs neighbor smoked like a chimney. It was also pretty expensive to heat in the winter. My electric bill now is $50 a month less for twice as much space and 9 degrees warmer.
