PJ helped us find the best design and fit for our family among all the decisions to make. He was very organized and laid out each step of the process up front, but was still available to reach back to each time we had a question. The house layout is perfect for us and we were delighted to find that many of the luxury features and finishes are "standard" to NVHomes, as well as a build that in some cases exceeds building code. These make this house a great value. Nick's attention to detail and quality was impressive. Even though we live only a few minutes away from the build, we never felt like we had to check up on the progress because Nick kept us informed with regular emails and photos (and a video showing his production schedule for our house incorporating all the interior and exterior trades)! He walked us through the house before closing and showed us how everything worked as well as a lot of cool features of the house that we didn't know before. They are a great team and we are excited to enjoy this house and neighborhood for years to come.
