The whole team was professional and helpful in providing answers to all my questions. For example, Janice DeLeon did an excellent job explaining the closing process and I could then understand the cost that I would incur. Had it not been for him and his personality I would not be this home. Mike sat down with me, we went over numbers he gave me a plan and a couple months later I was back, I believe I was his last sale before him moving to sale for a new community and I couldn’t have been more honored to work with him for this BIG milestone. Mike should be the trainer for all new sales reps with his knowledge! He deserves a raise! Ethan was wonderful when it came to get the loan processed and collecting all information. As well as the team at NVR. Will, the project manager and Trae were awesome when it came to updates and making a few corrections after move in. Overall Ryan Homes made this decision to become a first time home buyer so much easier than I expected. Thank you Ryan Homes!
