  I’m officially a first-time homebuyer! This journey was far from easy, but from the moment I met Emily, I knew she had my family’s best interests at heart. Throughout the entire process, she remained in constant contact, always responsive and ready to answer any questions or concerns I had about Landmark and my new build! Emily is truly exceptional at what she does. Her knowledge, patience, and dedication made all the difference—especially during the times I felt like giving up. She gave me the confidence to keep going, and I genuinely couldn’t have reached this milestone without her support. Ryan Homes is lucky to have someone like Emily on their team—she’s a true gem. Please do everything you can to keep her around, because she is absolutely amazing! I also wanted to shout out Laura and AJ ! They are amazing assets as well !! Laura and AJ truly love what they do too! If I needed something corrected AJ was right there , showed me every inch of my new home job well done! Laura is so sweet as well I was nervous signing really just jitters because I couldn’t believe I finally got to the table she’s a gem as well she made everything so easy at the closing table any questions I had she answered ! Amazing work I also wanted to shout out Ethan and Zachary although we didn’t get to close together, They did stick with me throughout the process until they couldn’t anymore ! Ethan did advocate for me so I he’s deserves his flowers as well ! Thanks Ryan homes you’ve got a great team

  I have been looking for a home for quite sometime and I am a tough customer to say the least but the sales rep for this community Emily has gone above and beyond to help me find what I am looking for. She is optimistic, flexible, and supportive. She is the reason landmark and its current and future residents are a success. If you haven’t already I highly recommend you reach out to her.

  Our experience with Ryan Homes was overwhelmingly positive from start to finish. We began exploring NVR communities on May 18th and settled on Landmark. The entire process, from earnest money to closing, took 181 days and was completed right on schedule. Sales Process Sean, our sales representative, was good. She guided us through lot selection, explaining how prices would increase as the community developed. We successfully secured all the desired options and features offered by NVR. Loan Process The loan process was seamless, thanks to Ethan and Zack. They provided clear explanations and secured a competitive rate. We opted for NVR's preferred lender to take advantage of a builder credit. Construction Phase About 100 days before our projected closing, we had a pre-construction meeting with William. He thoroughly explained the home construction process and features. The builder's team provided weekly updates and progress photos, which we appreciated. Will conducted an informative pre-drywall walkthrough, addressing all our questions and concerns. These points were revisited during the final walkthrough before closing. Upon moving in, we were thoroughly impressed with the quality and care evident in the construction. Overall Experience The entire home-buying process was remarkably smooth and stress-free. The team demonstrated great flexibility in accommodating our work schedules and life events. Minor Drawback The only con worth mentioning is the bathroom windows. They feature clear/Low-E glass, with no options for obscure, frosted, or rain glass.
