  Top Notch customer service, and a truly a wonderful experience all the way around from the time we selected our home, until we got our certificate of occupancy. Their entire staff were incredible to deal with from start until finish. They kept us updated throughout the process, and made any request happen immediately. Their level of communication and customer service exceeded what we could have ever expected. Jeff and his crew paid close attention to details, and treat you like family. I would highly recommend Allen's to anyone looking for a manufactured home! They do exactly what they promise, and they stay in touch even after you move in to make sure you are 100% satisfied with everything. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH for making our dreams become a reality!

  Richard is a gem in this industry. His willingness to sit down with you and go through details is hard to find. Allen's Homes transparency far surpasses their competitors. If you are in the market for a home, you are cheating yourself if you do not go to Allen's Homes.

  We have visited this location twice in the last few months and have been impressed with everyone we have met. Our visit today was no exception. If you are in the market for a home, Allen’s Homes is a MUST SEE!!!! Richard Laughon is very knowledgeable about the entire process, and explains it in terms that are easy to understand. They do not act like most manufactured home sellers....they do not feed you a line of bull. They are upfront in what they do and why they do it. This is a FAMILY business, and the family feeling is extended through each employee at this location. Every question we had was thoroughly explained, and we never felt rushed. This is the ONLY manufactured home dealer that had been upfront and honest with the cost estimates. Many other dealers ( I won’t mention names, but it rhymes with Playton) can’t explain the added $30,000+ for delivery and setup that’s added to the price of their homes. The same home that’s over $100,000 with them is over 20% less at Allen’s!!! Do yourself a favor....visit other manufactured home locations look at the homes, pick your favorite and ask questions about how they arrive at the total price estimates....they won’t be able to explain the extra amounts that are added to the base price other than that it’s for delivery and setup. Then go to Allen’s, where you will be greeted with a smile, and feel part of the family. Their prices include delivery and setup!! So when comparing home to home...what other places charge as a “base price” of a home (setup and delivery is extra) is the price at Allen’s for the home, setup AND delivery.
