  I have had a great expressive up to this point. My wife and I are purchasing a new modular home and they have worked with me every step of the way. Jenna and Josh have made me feel welcome and Jim has been professional and amicable. The team has made this process comfortable.

  We have had such a great experience so far. Initially we entertained the idea of moving into a park, however it doesn't meet up with our lifestyle and our Clayton Homes specialist Adam has helped us make Land/home a reality!

  They are some excellent people they really know there stuff and they are so respectful and especially the two guys that we deal with there Adam and Josh they make you feel at home and make you feel like family they are amazing people

  My husband and I met with Adam to look at homes and our experience was great. He showed us multiple different homes on site after a consultation where we determined what our wants and needs were for a home. The process was very simple and we had the opportunity to see exactly which mobile homes we could end up with. I recommend meeting with Adam, he was very informative about each home, gave us great resources, and the process to apply for a loan was made easy.

  Working with Adam Stadheim was a great experience. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. My wife and I are new to buying a home and don’t have any experience. It was low pressure and informative. I would highly recommend.
