- SPSkylar PopeJul 29, 20251.0The reason this review is one star is due to several issues that have arisen since my parents moved into the Triumph house. For instance, the floors are noticeably rough and have nails protruding from them. Additionally, most of the trim has come off due to the excessive heat, which has been a problem since the installation. On a recent cold day, I noticed that the breaker box had mold, which is an unusual occurrence. Furthermore, moisture has been entering the house through the breaker box, which is not a desirable situation. It is possible that the installation was not completed properly or that there are other underlying issues.

First I gave my “good faith deposit” and was told several times I would get it back at CLOSING! Also was told I would get it back if we hit water when they dug my well! And still til this day refuses to give me my deposit back because of “over charges” even though I have all my emails and messages stating we had plenty of money in the budget, they did things without my permission and charged me for even tho in our contract that I signed It stated I would do these items as the land owner. I have still till this day reached out asking if they are gonna finish doing things around my home and no one seems to have the answer! I have referred a ton of people to this company and now have stopped all recommendations and have spoke my truth with the crazy experience I have had with this company. If I could do it all again I WOULD HAVE NEVER WENT THROUGH WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
