For instance, the floors are noticeably rough and have nails protruding from them. Additionally, most of the trim has come off due to the excessive heat, which has been a problem since the installation. On a recent cold day, I noticed that the breaker box had mold, which is an unusual occurrence. Furthermore, moisture has been entering the house through the breaker box, which is not a desirable situation. It is possible that the installation was not completed properly or that there are other underlying issues.

I wish they were like they were in the past when they helped you find land. That would make things less stressful and less complicated. Also the fees kept changing causing confusion but I guess it just depends on certain factors. Hopefully things will be better in the future since prices have went back down.
