  Adam was there for us , made us feel like family , and stayed in touch , we have been very nervous , and panicked about buying a home for the first time , but he stayed on it , and kept us informed through the process .

  I have been working with Adam on getting a new house for my family and we have had back and forth on different homes and budge and he has been great with communicating and helping try to figure out what worked best. He showed multiple homes and options and has been very quick with the process and getting me to closing so thankful and grateful and excited to get the home setup. Big thanks to Adam!!

  Josh took the time to show us some modular homes we were interested in. This location wasn't able to meet all of our needs (out of state) but the care and attentiveness Josh provided was worth while!

  I have had a great expressive up to this point. My wife and I are purchasing a new modular home and they have worked with me every step of the way. Jenna and Josh have made me feel welcome and Jim has been professional and amicable. The team has made this process comfortable.

  We have had such a great experience so far. Initially we entertained the idea of moving into a park, however it doesn't meet up with our lifestyle and our Clayton Homes specialist Adam has helped us make Land/home a reality!
