  Stopped by hoping for a tour and info. The office door was locked, but a woman unlocked, it was later afternoon on a Saturday. No idea of hours. The woman could not provide a tour and recommended looking at their website. The office and common area was beautiful. Pool attached, the apartments looked nice, My son can look at their floor plans online.

  I have lived at this community for some time, and while it has a lot of potential and is visually very nice, there are ongoing issues that management has not adequately addressed. One of the biggest problems is cleanliness. The trash compactor is often overflowing, with large piles of garbage outside. This creates an unpleasant and unsanitary environment. Many residents also improperly dispose of large items, which causes frequent backups. Another major concern is the amount of dog waste throughout the property. There is often dog poop in common areas and walkways. Responsible pet owners clean up after their animals, but unfortunately many do not, and rules are not consistently enforced. The mail room is also frequently overcrowded and disorganized. Packages are often moved around, making it difficult to find deliveries and increasing the risk of items being lost. This is a beautiful community with great potential, but it is being negatively impacted by a lack of consistent enforcement and maintenance. With better management and accountability, this could be a much better place to live. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works toward improving the overall quality of life for residents.

  Love it here, been here for a little over a year never had any issues, besides my a/c getting a short and a gentlemen name Max was there quickly and helped us get it situated !
