  We got our keys on 12/20/25 and officially moved in on 12/26/25.This has been the worst 8 days ever renting from this complex. I placed a maintenance order in on 12/30/2025 for several issues that needs attention. They won't fix anything they only give excuses of why it cant be fixed but expect that $1692 rent payment and we paid our rent on time. We are not going to deal with this nonsense. Please make sure you know everything before you decide to move here. It is not for folks that care about how they live because that man manager don't. My husband tried to speak to him but he only kept making excuses. He is so unprofessional. Please be ware. We are out.... Update:01/08/26 I am going to update my review and change the star rating to a 5. I officially met the property manager Jeff and the maintenance supervisor Oscar on Monday. I was able to address all of the issues and or concerns that we were having. I was reassured all of the issues will be fixed. Today is Thursday and I am pleased to say that every issue has been fixed and resolved accordingly. I feel much better knowing we can call Cedar Point our home. Thank You to the entire team. You went above and beyond to get this resolved in a timely and professional manner. Kudos!! The Morgan's

  I want to thank Shayla Frith .. Kim. Maintenance. I want to thank every single person that was involved in making our move extraordinary. I have never seen my daughter this happy in my entire life. She loves the walk in closet. She loves the spacious bedroom. The way the flat is set up...she feels like she has an apartment all to herself. My mother loves the kitchen. She loves to cook. The kitchen is beautiful with plenty of cabinets. We feel safe living here. The community vibe is welcoming. The grounds are well maintained. As soon as we get settled in.. We will be making some preacher cookies 🍪 for some outstanding folks.. Thank you from the bottom our hearts.. Home sweet home!!!! ❤️

  I lived here for a few years, and as far as renting goes, it was an excellent experience. The office staff are very responsive, the apartments are well maintained, and if you have a concern and express it everything within reason will be done to address it. For the price that you pay to rent, you want things to be taken care of. I'd recommend Cedar Point Apartments to anyone I know.

  ONE OF THE WORST APARTMENTS I HAVE STAYED AT. THEY DID NOT TELL ME I HAD TO CHANGE THE GAS ACCOUNT OVER TO MY NAME WITHIN THE FIRST 1 OF MOVING IN. I ENDED UP HAVING TO PAY A PENALY OF $50 AND BECAUSE OF THE WAY THE BILLING CYCLE RAN I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER $50 PENALTY FEE. THEY WEREN'T WILLING TO WORK WITH ME AT ALL. THE OFFICE STAFF IS INEPT TO SAY THE LEAST. I HAVE NEVER FELT MORE FRUSTRATED WITH A COMPANY. I WAS NOT AWARE THAT I EVEN HAD AN APPLIANCE WITH GAS (THE HEATER SO HOW WOULD I KNOW TO HAVE THE GAS ACCOUNT CHANGED TO MY NAME WHICH I EXPLAINED TO NO AVAIL. ALSO THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN AND YOU CAN HEAR CONVERSATION AND JUST NORMAL WALKING IN THE APT ABOVE ME SOUNDS LIKE A HERD OF ELEPHANTS.STAY AWAY FROM THESE APTS.
