I had to put in a maintenance ticket for a microwave and sink issue. O came in and fixed everything. He was so nice and professional. He highly recommend Century Bridges. Emily and her staff are all wonderful!!

I recently tour the South16 at the Bridges Apartments the property looks well maintained inside and out. I had a very pleasant tour with the property manager Emily, she gave me all the information that I needed making this process easier for me.
Emily and her team have completely elevated the resident experience since taking over. They consistently go above and beyond—just yesterday they organized free watercolor portraits for residents and today they surprised us with a homemade snack spread. So thoughtful!
It’s clear they genuinely care about the community. The office is staffed, responsive, welcoming, and it’s always stocked with snacks and refreshments.
The property itself is very well maintained—the halls and common areas are deep cleaned regularly, and the grounds are routinely maintained.
No place is perfect, but the location is unbeatable, and the effort the team puts into giving back to residents really sets this community apart.

I’ve lived here for quite a while and have generally had a positive experience until recently. Since new management took over, they’ve started placing strong fragrance plug-ins throughout the building, especially in the lobby.
Unfortunately, this has made it extremely difficult for me to even access common areas like getting my mail due to medical sensitivity to fragrances. What used to be a comfortable, accessible environment now feels overwhelming and, at times, unusable.
I did try to bring this concern to the office, but it was dismissed and not addressed. It’s frustrating because this seems like something that could be adjusted or at least discussed, especially when it directly affects residents’ ability to use shared spaces.
I hope management will reconsider the use of these fragrances or offer fragrance-free alternatives so all residents can comfortably access the building.
