  I had a very disappointing experience with this apartment complex during move-out. After leaving the unit in good condition, I was charged $660 for painting and “extra priming,” including $50 per spot, which is excessive for what appeared to be normal wear and tear. What’s most frustrating is the lack of transparency and supporting evidence. There were no clear photos showing damage in certain areas (like the living room), and some of the documentation included duplicate images being used to justify multiple charges. When I asked for clarification and a detailed breakdown, the responses were vague and ultimately just confirmed the charges without properly addressing my concerns. To make matters worse, I was previously told by the front desk that standard paint touch-ups would not result in additional charges, which clearly was not the case. This experience is unfortunately consistent with the reputation of the property management company, as reflected in other reviews. Charging such a high amount for basic repainting—without clear evidence—is unprofessional and unfair. I would strongly encourage future residents to thoroughly document everything upon move-out and be cautious of how charges may be assessed.

  This place is alright to live. My first week or two moving in my $200 bike got stolen and the management doesnt do anything about it. Maintenance requests arent taken care of or atleast one issue hadn't been resolved when we called. There's sometimes almost never any parking past 9pm aside from a 2 to 3 minute walk which isnt too bad unless you're tired from work or its raining. The staff that work for the apartment are the best thing about the actual place as everyone is kind and accommodating with events and get togethers. The amenities are good when they are available, the printer doesnt usually work and the pool tables are kid sized along with having broken sticks quite often. They have events though where they say the winner gets announced but they never announce any winner when the event involves shouting them out publicly so they get more peoppe to move in. This building is also next to a radio tower with a ton of warnings around it with a sketchy building connected to it that noone is ever at.

  I highly recommend Brian King, the assistant property manager. He did an amazing job assisting me, especially with rental assistance, and made me feel a lot better about my situation. I also really appreciate the apartment and the professionalism of the staff. I highly recommend this place!

  I lived at The Westbrook at Brewers Row for two years and overall had a great experience. The location is one of its biggest strengths — it sits right next door to Hardywood, offers easy access to several routes through the city and out of the city, and is a short walk from the current and new baseball stadiums. I went to a lot of games while living there, and with the new stadium being built, next season will be even better. My apartment was brand new when I moved in, and the balcony/view were easily my favorite part of living there! I could stay there for hours. The amenities are solid as well. I used the pool, gym, and clubrooms often, including hosting a few gatherings in the shared spaces. The staff also hosts monthly events, which are a nice extra touch. The main challenge during my stay was parking. There weren’t enough spaces for all residents at first, but once I purchased a reserved spot, that issue was resolved. There's plenty of nearby street parking though, and that made it easy to have people visit. There were also periods where the fire alarms went off more than they should have (including one real fire, not the fault of the apartment complex), but the building went months without any false alarms before I moved out, so it seemed like that was improving / is not an issue any longer. Inside the units, the smoke detectors are very sensitive, and you hear other units’ alarms occasionally too, which seems to be typical for newer buildings. The staff were always attentive and willing to help whenever I needed anything. I moved to a different property managed by Steelhead as they do a good job and that is maintained across all of their communities from what I can tell. Overall, The Westbrook is a great option if you're looking for a newer building in a fantastic location with strong amenities. I enjoyed my time living there and would recommend it.

  I only had my tour & I absolutely LOVED ms mackenzies service ! She was so sweet & very professional . I recommend moving there 100% !!
