  I have been a resident for about 3 years. The very first maintenance emergency I experienced while staying on the property finally happened. Josh our maintenance technician was absolutely amazing, very professional, very friendly, and took care my maintenance emergency fast. Ensured everything was working properly and correctly. I learned he is our only tech working our tickets at the moment and he did it effortless and timely. Thank you Josh and Kalsey for the fast response and attention to my maintenance emergency.

  This complex took my child's money 250.00 has been told it was mailed and it's now almost April no money yet at this point i will now fight to get her money back

  Kelsey Steel is an amazing agent. She answered all my questions efficiently, and really knew about the property. I would suggest both The Villages and Kelsey to all my friends!

  As a property manager myself, I’m really disappointed with how this company operates. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do, the tone is unprofessional and dismissive. I applied for an apartment and later found out I wasn’t qualified, but they had already taken a deposit before confirming my eligibility. That process seems completely backward to me. People working in property management should treat applicants with respect and communicate clearly—especially when money is involved. Sadly, that wasn’t my experience here.
