  I rated this 5 star just based on my good experiences with maintenance especially the guy Arthur he completed my request and made sure I was taken care of there was another gentleman I didnt catch his name but he was nice as well made sure my items was fixed and notice another problem I wasn’t aware of and fix that as well good job guys

  Great experience with the initial search and lease signing. Rebecca was amazing, taking time out to give me a full tour even though I didn't have an appointment. Office staff has been prompt and responsive anytime we had a question.

  I applied for The Points@ Beaufont in December. Olivia Samuels really really helped me with my application she was so patient.and kind. I told her I wasnt leaving until my application.was complete and she went above and beyond her job duties. I had a terrible time with my phone , she got her personal ipad to help. Also I wanna Thank Ms Geraldine for.letting my fiance used her.phone due the technical difficulties he was having taking his photo I.D. picture. Thank You Rebecca Eads for all her help as well.they are the best.They all made me feel.at.home before i signed my lease today. Good Hospitality & Pateince is hard to find. I am excited to live here because of them all.

  Best apartment in the area. Been here almost a year and they’ve never taken longer than 48 hours for a maintenance request, have always been friendly, and done the right things for us. Only issue is the location has some sketchy areas around it, but the apartment itself is fantastic for the price.

  Good place to live. Good neighbors. Quiet. My only complaint is that the gym needs its equipment repaired, especially the treadmills. The only one that's working is already starting to break down. But other than that, I love the place.
