I have the pleasure of interacting with Kia and Ms. Sandra at The Oliver, and they truly always leave a lasting impression. They are incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine people. It’s clear that they care deeply about the community they represent and put a great deal of effort into creating an environment that feels inclusive, warm, and family-oriented.
What stands out just as much is their professionalism. Both Kia and Ms. Sandra handle business with confidence, organization, and care, making every interaction smooth and positive. Their dedication and attention to detail reflect how seriously they take their roles and how committed they are to supporting everyone who walks through their doors.
Anyone considering The Oliver in their search should absolutely take it into account—if the quality of the community reflects the caliber of the staff, it would be a wonderful place to be. Kia and Ms. Sandra truly set the tone for a welcoming and professional environment.

Uggg where do i even start. i lived in the complex for a year and 3months, at first i loved it, the community (as in people) are friendly and welcoming however within a few months i realized that although the people maybe nice the living isn’t all that great. From residents allowing their dogs to pee on stairs or any common areas for that matter including MY DOORMAT, cleaning company they have come to clean are often seated in their car for HOURS using the same dirty mop head for MONTHS to clean stairwells & floors, i often had to clean infront of my door on my own, from the trash room being over filled (trash on floor & even food) summer time the apartments were infested with gnats (coming out of my pocket WEEKLY to try and minimize the bugs, pest control NEVER resolved it), on top of getting LOCKED in my bedroom due to the door handle stopped working (this was wayyy after midnight), thankfully i kept a screwdriver in my room soo i could remove it and get out! I lived on the same floor as someone who allowed Homeless people to come in and out of the complex and let’s not forget the amount of cars stolen from the complex. Here is were the major issue comes in, in Nov of 25’ my lease was supposed to be up, i didn’t plan on renewing simply because i didn’t plan on staying and it truly was cheaper to stay month to month (as listed in my old lease), the property manager later called me the week of the 14th, stating i didn’t “qualify for month to month because i was an income restricted resident”, the following month, december my rent INCREASED to 1,177 (!which wasn’t even the price LISTED for if i signed the lease agreement it was supposed to be 1,149!) (including 2, pet rent fees of $25) which made my rent 1,227 (this was what it should have cost me IF i resigned a lease which i NEVER did.) i should’ve only still paid 1,099 plus the pet rent which would have made my total 1,149, which for me was WAY more reasonable being i only made but so much but also being the property is not all that great. started january off with a $73 dollar balance which didnt make sense because i paid EVERYTHING down in CASHIERS CHECKS! was actually a few dollars more if i not mistaken. Come january i sent my 30day notice in, the response i received was positive HOWEVER the property manager stated i WAS A MONTH TO MONTH RESIDENT, Which throw me for a loop because for the Past 3 months i was ripped off, and was told i did not qualify for month to month!!! The community needs improvement, management could be better (often putting late fees in way after they should be soo you’d pay your balance down to zero and once noticed that you did , they would tack on another $234 “for court and lawyer fees” although that’s supposed to be done by the 15th @ 5pm. causing you to owe more the following month)
IF YOU ARE PAYING OUTTA POCKET TO LIVE IN THIS COMMUNITY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. IT IS ONLY ACCEPTABLE IF YOU ARE ON A VOUCHER OR IF THIS IS YOUR ABSOLUTE LAST RESORT. will never come back to this community! ALSO on the day i needed to turn my keys in the leasing office was CLOSED! on a saturday which they NEVER had been in the entire time i lived there.
