  I recently toured The Mirage and I genuinely cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and at home. The property itself is absolutely stunning — beautifully maintained common areas, spotless hallways, and thoughtful amenities that really set this place apart. Every detail made it clear that the management team takes enormous pride in this community. But what truly made my visit unforgettable was the property manager (I believe her name was Mrs. Clarke). They were warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find the right fit. They took the time to answer every question I had, walked me through everything with patience and care, and never made me feel rushed. You could tell this wasn’t just a job to them — they truly care about the people who live here. If you’re searching for a place to call home, do yourself a favor and schedule a tour here. The professionalism, the community, and the overall experience are truly top-tier. I left feeling excited and hopeful, and that says everything. Highly, highly recommend! 🙌

  Don’t move here it’s awful. I did not renew my lease at this disgusting apartment for many reasons. Mainly due to Property Manager Tarmecia Clark she is rude, and unprofessional. When asked questions about packages, rental payments, lease renewals she consistently showed how bothersome I was to her. Upon letting her know I wasn’t renewing my lease she didn’t care to ask why, or even attempt to ask me to stay it’s very clear she doesn’t care about her residents. She answers every question with short rude comments and barely allows you to speak. Multiple occasions I stopped by her office and heard her making horrible comments on current and future residents out loud with her door open where everyone could hear. Beyond the leasing office being useless, the apartments have no insulation you can hear EVERYTHING from neighbors, people walking in the hallways. I consistently could hear my neighbors doing mundane things like sneezing, coughing, flushing their toilet, talking on the phone etc. It’s impossible to sleep here when people are always fighting in their units or in the hallways. The apartment is sold as a “secure facility”. However for months on end multiple doors are broken and anyone can come inside. Your car will be hit, and scratched, in the parking lot and the leasing office will do nothing about it. If you have a guest they will park on the street and their car will also be hit, scratched, broken into and the leasing office will do nothing. Multiple times living here the Fire doors came down (no fire) and I watched multiple residents be trapped outside for over an hour with no access to their units as the entry to their hallway was blocked by the fire door. The hallways and inside of the property are disgusting, covered in animal feces, trash, bugs and the leasing office does nothing about it. Everyday someone leaves a large bag of trash outside their door for multiple days since the leasing office told everyone we have trash valet, when we don’t. The leasing office has consistently given false information to the Mirage residents resulting in major confusion. The “Amenities” are a joke the pool is a glorified hot tub because of how small it is, the gym has broken equipment that never gets fixed. Within my first week of living here I was sent a threatening email by the Regional Manger about unpaid rent and how I would be taken to court if I didn’t pay…..i had just received my keys and paid my deposit. If you want to be treated like crap live here, don’t waste your money, go literally anywhere else and never rent from Steelhead management.

  I’ve had a great experience living at Mirage Manchester. The management team is professional, responsive, and actually cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, they’ve handled it quickly and respectfully. Maintenance is top tier. Every request I’ve put in has been handled ASAP usually faster than expected and the work is done right the first time. They communicate well and make sure everything is fixed properly before closing the request. It’s hard to find a place with management and maintenance this reliable. Definitely one of the best parts about living here.
