  Signed up for a self-guided tour, went through the ID verification process, and never received an access code like advertised. No one picked up the goven number to call if there were problems either. Disappointing, as it looks like an interesting place/location to live.

  Living in a city with a lot of rental options, you quickly realize how much good property management matters. It can completely change your experience in a building. I moved into Locks Tower last year with my bf, who had already been living here for two years, and it has been a great place to call home. The apartments are modern, well designed, and the amenities are genuinely nice to have. The maintenance team also deserves recognition. They are always quick to respond, professional, and very kind. Where this building really stands out, though, is the management. Chase and Alexia do an excellent job running the property and creating a positive environment for residents. They are approachable, helpful, and clearly take pride in the community here. Chase in particular is a very hands-on property manager who is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and get involved when something needs attention. That level of engagement is rare and makes a noticeable difference. Overall, it is a well run building with people who care about doing things the right way. I would definitely recommend Locks Tower to anyone considering renting here.

  Great apartment, with a great view. The amenities are great as well, and the staff do an amazing job with providing any assistance as needed, and keep the apartment clean in general.

  BEWARE OF BAIT AND SWITCH!!! I contacted this property several weeks ago when apartment hunting. They had advertised several units, each at a certain price. My family and I decided we liked one of them and were ready to sign a lease. After speaking to a leasing agent and then being transferred from leasing agent to leashing agent, they were demanding $400-$500 MORE than the advertised price. Finally, I was told they needed to speak to their manager and I would be given a call back. A couple of weeks had passed and each day I’d call back asking for an update since no one had ever bothered to email or call me. They finally deleted their advertisements and changed the prices on their website, Zillow, and apartments.com. Management clearly isn’t well versed in law, as their actions violated the law and thus they can be sued for this. AWFUL management and AWFUL customer service!!
