  Don't expect the gym to be anymore than what you actually pay for. Apparently it's a daycare for kids 24/7

  Stayed here for 2 years when there were only about 4 buildings up. Over time, we started to dislike everything. The quality of the unit is cheap. We could hear our next door neighbors conversation most nights. The neighbors above us sounded as if they were stomping through the floors. (No carpet) if someone smokes you can smell it through your unit. There is supposed to be security but I’ve never seen anyone. They’re is towing and although not consistent, they will get you at random if you don’t have a parking pass. There’s paid parking for reserved spots but it doesn’t make sense to pay for that especially since there’s a chance someone else will park in your reserved spot. By the time a tow truck comes, if it does, the person may leave. The amenities are shared with the townhomes so it feels crowded at times in places like the gym and pool. The gym is connected to the pool as well so the layout is a bit weird. The club house is connected to the leasing office so it’s not very useful outside of business hours. back to the security aspect.. last summer there were multiple pool parties thrown by people that probably weren’t tenants. The parties were loud, lasted all night, people fought, and there were people walking around with their guns out. No security in sight and although there are supposed cameras, it took people reporting what they saw for them to say anything. Police were seen often. During the move out process, no one showed for a final walk thru. We were also charged $4 plus a random $59 charge on top of that for use of electricity for 2 days after we moved out even though dominion energy stopped service. This was billed to us 2 months after our lease ended and the deposit was returned. I had no idea these apartments were also eligible for section 8. So it felt like a scam because rent is about 2k for a 2 bed 2 bath under 1000 sq ft. It’s not worth the cost. Lastly, I believe all of the leasing staff is new. The group that was present when I first moved in was great . I would take it as another sign that the entire staff or most of them left. 10/10 would not recommend

  You can smell pot in some of the hallways. Near the doggie poop bags are kept.

  Terrible place to live. Too many trashy neighbors that blast music and smoke weed. Dumpster was always trashed. Cops surrounded building on multiple occasions. Moving out was reliving
