- AAAdamApr 5, 20261.0Location is great, great views but this building was thrown up and there’s no way they have this many good reviews, I think a lot of these were given upon incentives. The walls are paper thin, the floors have so many dips in them. This building was so poorly made that I can hear the gym weights drop and the entire building shakes mind you I’m on the 5th floor and the gym is on the second floor. The garage never works so what’s the point of paying for parking when anyone can park here. The dog park is small and they NEVER clean up after their dogs. Overpriced compared to other properties and half the amenities

They do a lot of resident events and have so many perks for their residents. I have recommended it to many people already and will continue to do so!

The building itself is quiet and well cared for, and the surrounding area feels safe and convenient to shopping, dining, and transportation. The management was professional, responsive, and welcoming, which made the entire process smooth and pleasant. This apartment offers great value for the quality and location, and I would be excited to make it my home.
