- WRWilliam RaglandFeb 26, 20261.0Overall, Maintenance is nice and try’s there hardest to find a solution to the problem. The issue is that there is always a problem. Very poor quality and not worth the amount of rent they charge. Leakage, poor air quality and HVAC systems. My HVAC went out multiple times this winter with no real fix and the summer time is brutal due to the upstairs not being able to retain cold/warm air. I would avoid this place at all costs unless you have no other option. The leasing office is nice as well. They will find every way to not return your security deposit.
