  Leasing office gave attitude for no reason when I said good morning. They do not want to be there or they do not get paid enough somebody save these folks or hire new staff 😭🙏🏼 We were just trying to tour definitely crossed off the list.

  The apartment looks nice and all but it’s expensive enough that the issues I have here shouldn’t be occurring. 1: Super thin walls and ceiling. I can hear anyone in the hallway, or even just coming in the front door to the building. I can hear the neighbors kid above me running around all times of the night and even when they talk or flush their toilet. 2: Multiple stolen packages from the mailroom. I can’t even send my packages here, probably should use the post office. In one month, have had about 4 packages stolen, only the really heavy furniture ones have not been taken. 3. VERY narrow parking spaces. I can barely get out of my sedan if someone is parked next to me and I’m a very small size. Difficult to park in such tight spaces too, I can’t imagine how people get baby car seats in and out of their car here. 4. Trash collection is ugly with people putting their trash into the hallway (which you are supposed to do). There’s nowhere to put your larger trash, or trash in general if you don’t want to wait for trash collection (unless you use the dumpster which i think belongs to the complex next to us, but the residents here have been forced to use. 5. Hardly any storage in the kitchen for food, and some cabinets and shelves are unusable unless you have a stool because it’s placed 7 ft into the air. 6. Food and grocery deliveries don’t recognize the address and the app wont let you input your address. So no DoorDash or instacart here which I don’t use often but have found a few times that I want to and I can’t. Overall the place looks very modern and has a well equipped gym and it is a generally quiet place. These are just the issues that stand out to me and upon looking for a new place, I now know what to look out for.
