  I have been working on applying to live here. Our tour with Miss Ericka was wonderful and out of six different apartment complexes we viewed in Henrico recently, Millspring Commons was our favorite! Miss Ericka will bend over backwards to make sure you're satisfied with your experience and she's so polite! Thank you so much, Miss Ericka!

  We moved in at the beginning of February and have been nothing but pleased. Management and maintenance have been extremely responsive and friendly.

  Ericka EMBRACED me as I came in the door Saturday 3/28/26. SHE WAS FULL OF ENERGY AND HAD THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE...SHE 👌 MADE THE 3 BEDROOM SOUND LIKE A DREAM EVEN WHEN THERE WAS NOT ONE TO SHOW. I AM 😊 THINKING ABOUT RENTING SIGHT UNSEEN. SHE MADE IT SOUND SPECTACULAR. SHE IS MEANT FOR THIS JOB. I WILL BACK TO SEE THE 3 BEDROOM NEXT WEEK.

  Ericka was a total vibe when we walked in. She was warm and friendly and got us squared away ASAP! She was on top of all her work and was personal with us the whole time, making us feel like family. If you go into thatt leasing office you should feel at ease knowing Ericka Coleman is the one taking care of you.
