  Victoria was extremely helpful and professional. Was quick to answer all my concerns and even suggested some great places nearby to help influence my decision. One of the better properties managed on the south side.

  Karla Babcock and her team members here are the Entire reason That Link Manchester apartments are a success. Charlotte, Victoria, Desmond, Lisa, and Michael are all kind, conscientious, and effective team members. I am exceptionally grateful for every one of their team members as they are VERY productive and apt. To me, they make this place feel like a home and not just a place to live.

  Absolutely love my apartment. The staff is always friendly and any maintenance requests are done extremely fast (usually same/next day). The apartment areas are clean and welcoming and don't hear too much of any neighbors.

  Link Manchester Apartments has been great. My fiancé and I just moved and unfortunately my project has me working 2 hours away but the Link has made her feel at home and safe. I have been extremely impressed at how well the management offers to assist and genuinely cares for their residents well being. They go above and beyond for all requests with packages, mail, general questions; anything to help you make their home your home!!
