  Is there a date you plan to tow everyone's cars by? Glad to know I have less to worry about parking overnight in the fashion park across the street than I do at the apartment I pay $2700 a month for. Can't believe they'd put this flier on everyone's door. Absolutely embarrassed to live at James River at Stony Point right now

  I have lived here 3 years and the leasing office is incredibly difficult I would go elsewhere. Nicole the property manager is on a bizzare power trip, she told me when I brought my new lease forms that auto-pay would be fine and I did not need to do anything. I did nothing, and now they are charging me a 75 dollar fine for that. I corrected the payment but the fine for her mistake about autopay is just insane. Do not live here it is not worth the endless fines and fees because Nicole cannot do her job correctly. I recommend housing in Henrico close to the university if you’re a student like me, all my peers had good experiences unlike me.

  (Apartment Tour Review) Sandra was an absolute angel! From the first greeting, through the entire tour, Sandra made us feel at home and at ease. I hate the feeling of being rushed through a tour, especially if I am considering spending my hard earned money at your complex. We nearly spent a hour walking the entire complex with Sandra as she showed us multiple units we had interest in. She frequently asked questions gauging our likes and dislikes on each unit as well as the grounds. THIS is how you conduct a tour The complex: James River has a beautiful resort like feeling wherever you are on the grounds. Honestly couldn’t tell the complex is 10+ years old. Your unit, gym, pool, ect. Amenities are awesome, the units are spacious with plenty of natural light. The location is great, close to everything, but tucked off enough to feel private and cozy. My partner and I hope to call this place home soon. Sandra will definitely make you feel like you’ve already arrived!

  I’m gonna start this off with a five star review. I’ve just moved in last Monday. Willie at the office was an amazing help to me. I was previously approved by another apartment and then denied five days before move-in and Willie helped me get into an apartment in five days with a weekend and a holiday. It was truly impressive. So far, so good at this apartment complex and I’m loving our new space with a pond view.
