  Scheduled a tour which I confirmed and did the ID verification for. I waited 30 minutes and no one showed up. I called, emailed and the only thing I could talk to is an AI agent. Literally no way to contact a leasing agent. If this is how they treat potential tenants I can’t even imagine what is like living with this management. Every time I called the call got disconnected and the AI agent was beyond useless. They switched management recently and though I can’t speak to previous the level of unprofessionalism it’s staggering.

  This is the third time I’ve come to the building. The first time, I was scheduled for a self-guided tour. The apartment was cute, and I was excited about it, but then I learned that it was just a model apartment and not available for rent. I then made an appointment for an in person tour to see the units that were actually available. It was scheduled through a AI agent and when I arrived I was told the units were not ready for viewing and to come back Saturday at 11am to see them accompanied by a leasing agent. I showed up ant the specified time and there was nobody in the office. AI gave me instructions for a self-guided tour to see the same model apartment I had already toured the first time. I tried calling, but I just keep getting an AI robot on the phone. It has been very frustrating dealing with AI, and not being to talk to an actual person. There’s such a huge disconnect! I’m so frustrated , and I don’t even live here! I can’t imagine how frustrating it must be for the people who do. My time has been wasted twice now. If this is the way business is conducted at Hopper Lofts, I won't be considering moving there.

  I toured this place on a whim after another complex fell through. I met with Annette, who was extremely friendly. We discussed my budget, timeline, and needs. She seemed very knowledgeable about the property, area, and application process. I’d recommend touring this place.
