We lived there for about 2.5 years. The area is great it’s about 6 minutes from short pump and lots of stores surrounding. The maintenance team, specifically John, was really nice and efficient. Because the buildings are older there were some issues. Pests would get in pretty frequently. We’ve had ants, spiders, beetles, and silverfish. Pest control came out routinely and even when we would put in a request they would come quickly! We did have a mouse come in closer to our move out date but pest control and maintenance were on top of it. They came out quickly and set traps and patched up the holes where it would come in so we never saw it again! Again, because the building was old we did have a leaky water heater which they came out and replaced quickly. Because of the leak the floors were damaged and again the management team stayed on it and it was replaced quickly as well. We loved the convenience of the valet trash but because it was just one compactor it would break a lot. I think two might work better. Overall the neighborhood was good, maintenance and management are great. The prices did go up every time we would renew. I give it a 4 out of 5 because of maintenance, the management team, and the area. But for the building itself and the clubhouse gym equipment was broken the entire time we were there I would give that a 2.5. We had no issues with moving out and receiving our deposit back.

This is my second month here at Foxchase. I love my townhome. Alexis helped me with the moving process. She has been an amazing person to work with and an absolute blessing. The ladies in the office have also been amazing as well. Maintenance came fast and fixed my issue. I want to say thank you for making my move happen and thank you for all your help Alexis!!

Avoid this apartment complex. This was by far the worst place I have ever lived. From the day I moved in, I dealt with one issue after another: no hot water during winter, broken cabinets and doors, repeated AC and heater failures, and a dryer that never worked properly. Even after multiple complaints, management failed to fix the root causes, including clogged dryer vents that they ignored after I specifically raised the issue. To make matters worse, there were nails sticking out of the floor in several places, creating a serious safety hazard. The final insult came after I moved out before my due date and returned my key to the property management office, I received an email threatening daily charges if they did not receive my key. This place was poorly maintained, stressful to live in, and handled unprofessionally. I would never recommend it to anyone.
