The staff and maintenance team are always so sweet, helpful and accessible for all my questions and needs. Even my neighbors are nice and quiet. I was even able to switch to a first floor unit due to my unexpected medical condition. I do want to point out that Tweh Moses, on the maintenance team, has gone above and beyond for my family and I. If there’s ever something we need fixed or changed Moses was there right away! With my father being older, and sometimes needy(lol), Moses always took the time to help him and make sure whatever he needed was handled. Thank you Wellesley team for making my home and experience here so comfortable!

I was never given a time window, not told they’d be entering, and wasn’t given the option to be present. This is a violation of Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act § 55.1-1229. When I raised it with the front office, I was told they shouldn’t have to deescalate me. They were beyond unprofessional. Ive submitted a Corporate contact form and am willing to edit this review if resolved. If you are reading this, they haven’t resolved it.
