- LKLauren KishDec 13, 20255.0I lived here for a year in 2024-2025. The management at this complex was helpful and available when needed. The newest management was especially attentive to posting and staying active with the community on social media. Parking was always available. Amenities such as lounge room and gym were always clean. Close to the city but not right in it so quieter. Would recommend any of my friends/family to live here and would live here again.

My apartment is beautiful, the rent is reasonable, the pool yard is stunning, the gym is nice too. Right on the James River with a beautiful view! The office staff is amazing as well! Always kind and friendly, especially Thomas. There is always room in the parking garage, no fighting for spots. I’ve never ever seen a bug anywhere in the complex! I truly have nothing but good things to say about the complex!
