  I am extremely disappointed and stressed because of the way this leasing office has handled my lease renewal. I have been trying to renew my lease, but the process has been completely unprofessional and disorganized. One of the leaseholder’s emails was removed from the system without explanation, and now the contract cannot be completed because all required signatures are not in place. When I went to the leasing office multiple times (including today), they told me they cannot fix it and that everything must be handled by another office. However, they refuse to provide a phone number or direct contact information — only an email address. We have sent emails and received no response. Because of this confusion, I lost access to the resident portal and have no clear way to renew my lease. On top of that, they deducted $2,440 from this month, saying my contract had already ended — even though my normal rent was $1,553. This has created serious financial stress for me, especially since I do not currently have stable income. I feel helpless and exhausted dealing with this situation. There is no clear communication, no accountability, and no real support from the staff. This experience has been extremely frustrating and emotionally draining. I hope management takes this issue seriously and improves their professionalism and customer service.
