  Lived there for a year. Apartments are older but renovated. Overall modest but comfortable. Staff is great, especially the maintenance crew. Issues are usually resolved within 48 hours. The only issue I had was with the neighbors above me. If your an early riser like myself, I would avoid the bottom floor if possible. As they do not enforce their noise ordinance and celings/floors are thin. I complained twice with video after 11pm but never received a response.

  The Timbers is now using a different program to calculate water and sewage usage. I have been here for a little over a year and have been charged between $25 to $28 per month for water and sewage usage each month. The new program has increased the monthly charge for water and sewage to $63.26 (more than doubling the cost). I am renting a 2bed/2bath and only have 2 occupants in the apartment. As most apartment complex's charge a decent amount for water and sewage - I believe this should be knowledge for anyone that is considering moving into the Timbers.

  I honestly had a wonderful time living here. I would say that communication with the office staff was reasonable with some outlying events. However, the second we put in our notice that we would be moving we started being treated like garbage by staff. Heather treated everyone wonderfully and I suppose that is why she got promoted. But the second she left we were in no way capable of forming a relationship with the new people because they kept being moved around. Then when we started to gain a little more consistency in staff the lack of good customer service was blamed on their having to manage over 600 people. I am disappointed in my last three months at the Timbers because I truly enjoyed living here before we started the process of moving.
