    The Timbers is now using a different program to calculate water and sewage usage. I have been here for a little over a year and have been charged between $25 to $28 per month for water and sewage usage each month. The new program has increased the monthly charge for water and sewage to $63.26 (more than doubling the cost). I am renting a 2bed/2bath and only have 2 occupants in the apartment. As most apartment complex's charge a decent amount for water and sewage - I believe this should be knowledge for anyone that is considering moving into the Timbers.

    I love renting here! The pool is nice and well maintained. The property is consistently being maintained (i.e. seasonal power washing, move downed trees from storms asap, consistently mowing lawns, etc) Its peaceful and generally quiet. The apartments are very nice and big And WINTON is amazing. He's been a big help for the year and a half that we've been here. Love it here

    We have been living here for over 2 years. Staff is responsive and kind. Neighbors are helpful and friendly. We are in a 3 bedroom and the rooms and closets are spacious.

    I LOVE THE TIMBERS ! I’ve lived here for 7 years and plan to renew this year as well . The community is beautiful, peaceful and clean and the office staff are always friendly and helpful .!
