I've been living in this apartment for a while now and overall it’s been good experience. Maintenance team is on top of things, any issues that have come up have been handled efficiently. Deron and Farhin in office have been prompt and helpful when needed. Appreciate the efforts on organizing events to bring community closer. That said, I do think there’s room for improvement. I've noticed that sometimes parents aren’t as attentive as they could be when children are playing near the streets where cars are driving. While I understand that office is sending out emails to remind everyone, I think posting letters on doors might catch more people's attention and be more effective. All in all, I don't have much to complain about. But a little more focus on these aspects would make it even better.

I stayed at Crossings Apartments during 2023–2024 and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with apartment living. The units themselves are poorly maintained — you constantly hear the loud AC units outside, and whenever the heater runs the entire bathroom vibrates with a deep rumbling sound. The only positive was that the maintenance staff were responsive and tried their best. Unfortunately, the management office is absolutely terrible. When I first moved in, there used to be a manager who was genuinely helpful, but the new team (Wendy as manager and Farhan as assistant) made everything extremely difficult. They were dismissive, unprofessional, and unwilling to listen to tenant concerns. Rather than resolving issues, they often made matters worse with their behavior and attitude. I found the overall environment to be unwelcoming, and management’s lack of care for residents created a very negative living experience. If you’re considering short-term apartments in this area, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

I would be very wary about signing up a contract with them with this 1 MONTH FREE Rent deal they have going on. HERE'S WHY: The leasing office is incompetent. DETAILED EXPERIENCE: I stayed in this apartment for about 2 years, and my main issue with this place has been the incompetency of the leasing office. The folks here all had different opinions/feedback when an issue took place, and when confronted about it they would just hang up the phone call. For instance, the primary of my rental unit (co-tenant) was trying to exit the lease and at first we contacted the office asking if this could be done and Farhin shared it could be, the next day we called and we were told that can't be done and Farhin would say "I am sorry I can't hear you", this would continue for a few more seconds until the phone call got canceled. Since we were unsure why the sudden change in rules we called them again and this time it was the Office Manager Wendy and in a very angry tone/voice she said "Primary can never be removed and this is the policy" and she threatened to cut the call and proceeded to do so - What excellent customer service behavior. Mind you we were just calling to seek clarity. I was upset by this behavior, I had to call the regional office citing this experience to get a clear answer on the Apartments Rental Policy. I was told any other person that's not the primary can be removed from the lease, I do want to point there were a handful of times at this apartment this tactic of ending the call was used by several staff at this apartment building, either they say "I can't hear you" or just hang up. When the two other tenants on my lease absconded the place and left, I had asked if there was any way the apartment could help me out whether it is holding those two accountable or reducing the rent and they said it couldn't be done, and I had asked if I wasn't the primary can I be removed from this lease, this time they changed their stance on the topic and shared "No one can be removed or added to this lease". My complaint isn't them changing their policies for the sake of business/money making but come on be consistent with what you share to your tenants. And if unsure or a mistake is made admit that rather than pretending not to hear me on the line or just hanging up the call.

I’ve lived in this community for over seven years and have noticed a steady decline in the quality of living. Residents are blasting music as early as 6 AM, and the breezeways are cluttered with shoes, bikes, decorations, plants, trash, and more. Under previous management, this was not allowed and it was clearly communicated to us that these are shared spaces that must remain clean and clutter-free. Balconies exist for personal items, yet this rule no longer seems enforced. I’ve also noticed the smell of marijuana seeping into my apartment vents. As a non-smoker, this is especially concerning, given that this is supposed to be a smoke-free property. While management occasionally sends emails about issues such as smoking or the trash compactor, these emails are ineffective. In the past, direct notices on doors and consistent enforcement made a difference. Without stricter accountability, this once high-quality community has slipped into a lower standard of living. It's disappointing to see that value diminished as much as it has.
