- SRsally rOct 1, 20251.0This is the dirtiest and loudest apartment I have ever dealt with. There is ALWAYS an issue. The pool was unavailable because people were partying until 2am and left glass in it so it had to be fully drained in the summer, there was a period when the whole building had the fire alarm going off at midnight for multiple days in a row and the whole building had to evacuate, the mail room had a period of thefts, the call box is always broken, the trash chute will be locked shut, the trash room will get stuck and not open, the appliances always have issues, the apartment trash cans is always over flowing and there are always bugs and flies. Also they charge 100 dollars a month for parking that isn’t even secured or gated in any way and anyone can drive up or walk in there and you can hear full conversations from your neighbors because of how think the walls are.

The staff at The Box is very friendly and respond quickly with any messages! I haven’t had any issues with other residents in the building. I feel like The Box has everything I would need in an apartment.

I couldn't ask for anything more. By the wayi can't forget this the young lady at the front office is awesome, kind, patient and everything above she deserves a 5 start
