- AGAshley GranadosJan 31, 20265.0I toured The Box yesterday with Daphney Estime. Even though this was her first time giving an apartment tour, she was great at it! She answered all of my questions and walked me through all of the amenities and units. Thank you Daphney! The apartment themselves were very nice, even better than the online pictures! The building was also very safe and I love how you need key fobs to access every part of the building. I won't be moving here as I found another place instead, but highly recommend checking it out!
- KKKJan 15, 20261.0This is my first time ever writing a review for an apartment. My experience at the Box has been by far the most disappointing living experience of my adult life. I have had multiple maintenance issues. For example, the balcony experienced major drainage issues. This required over 20 emails to fully address. Also, my fridge completely broke while I was away. I lost all my food. Additionally, there have been numerous issues with the building’s fire alarm. The alarm went off numerous times back in June. We were told it was fixed. Sadly, we are back to experiencing the fire alarm going off at random hours of the night. I struggle sleeping in my apartment at night. These are maintenance issues you’d expect from an old building, not one that is only a few years old. Finally, don’t believe the hype and the many 5 star reviews. Some appear to be posted by PRG (the company managing the building) employees, and others were incentivized through review contests for current tenants. The gym is nice, but that’s about it. Update: I see The Box has responded. To future readers: The Box has been aware of these issues for months. I would not have posted a review without attempting to remediate these issues internally. I have been told "this is the best we can do" regarding several situations for months. I have escalated my concerns to corporate.
