Maintenance messed up the floors when I asked for a new stove and fridge cause it was infested with roaches. ALSO there are roaches, water bugs, and even fleas on the rugs!!!!! Still after months. FLEAS! Been here for 4 months. My indoor cat has fleas!!! So that means they never deep cleaned the apartment before we moved in!!! While the manager of the complex trying to tell me we don’t have anything. Then telling me to delete my reviews. Funny when they don’t let you know you move into filth. They still haven’t changed the air filter, which is making my electric bill higher. On top of that, they didn’t complete half the issues I reported when I first moved in. Very disappointing and unprofessional. On top of all this, they keep saying I can’t break the lease, even with these conditions. So I will keep updating every single thing up in here til my lease is up and I move out!!! I’ll let everyone know how it is in a few months. RIGHT NOW nothing changed. NEVER MOVE IN THIS COMPLEX!!!!!!

It has now been almost 2 months since I applied, and I have not received any updates, phone calls, or email correspondence regarding the status of my application. I understand that the application review process can take time, however, the absence of any acknowledgment or follow-up is unprofessional and discouraging, especially given the effort and fees often involved in submitting an application. Please provide an update on the status of my application at your earliest convenience. If for any reason my application has been denied or delayed, I would appreciate a formal notice and an explanation.

The only downsides would really be the units not being able to hold cool air during the warmer months, especially upstairs. There were a few times where I’ve had to chase down a roach or spider as well (5 times to be exact), other than that, no complaints. Antonio was helpful throughout my whole lease here and always responded in a timely fashion during business hours. Would I lease her again? Yes. No complaints with my unit.
