These are the garbage dumpsters at the leasing office. They took away the dumpsters at the end of each road and replaced them with a compulsory $25/month valet trash service. If you want to throw away anything larger than the provided trash can, you can dump it here. Who would have thought that taking away the many existing dumpsters would lead to a giant pile of garbage at the leasing office?

Don’t move here unless you want your car to be towed at least twice a year for parking in front of your house. Me and my wife have gotten towed for parking in spots that are not at all labeled saying you cannot park there. I swear the leasing office is in bed with the towing company to squeeze extra money out of the tenants. It’s ridiculous.

I'm not normally one to leave public reviews, but I've been so beyond frustrated with the leasing office since I moved in over a month ago and this seems to be the only way to get any sort of attention from them. I've called, I've emailed, I've gone into the office in person, I've even filled out the move-in survey they've sent me and nothing has been done. I love my apartment, but it's honestly not worth the headache of dealing with management. I moved in on 10/31. Laura was my assigned leasing consultant for my move-in process. I emailed a copy of my renter's insurance policy directly to Laura on 10/28, four days early. I received no response or action from Laura, and on 11/1 I received an email from GSC Management stating that they were charging me for their policy as I failed to provide my own proof of insurance. I sent Laura a follow-up email in regards to this fee since I had, in fact, previously sent her my policy. Again, no response. It is now 12/6 and the charge is still on my account. I noticed the charge when I attempted to pay my rent on the 1st, and for the next five days I tried to get it removed before a late fee was added to my account. I first spoke with Aaron, who said that he would talk to someone above him, but that it likely would not be refunded (he did not explain why). The next day, I finally spoke with Laura who apologized for the delay on her end and that she would take care of it and call me by the end of the day. I never received a call. The following day I called the office and asked to speak with someone in billing directly, and was told that they were busy but they would call me back in the afternoon. They did not. I don't know what else to do. I have tried every means of communication and am repeatedly ignored by the leasing office. There is no accountability and no attempt to rectify the situation. Your tenants should not be responsible for your mistakes!
