  Tío pollo me vino a solucionar el problema del de la tina muy buen trabajo y amigable vino aser el trabajo de otra persona q solo vino a ver y dijo q todo estaba bien cuando no lo estaba

  It’s livable.. rooms are a decent size BUT there’s roaches, different shapes and sizes but I only see them maybe once a week. The process was pretty long getting approved here… also, They WILL tow your vehicle and they’ll do it while you’re sleep. The gym has outdated equipment.. weights are missing. The stair master is completely useless. The bathroom holds smells. There’s always a weird smell in the bathroom and the plug in the bathroom is placed in a weird location so I can’t put an air freshener plugin in there. The dog park never has poop bags available

  Aaron was an amazing tour guide. Very welcomed very friendly. He made This experience less scary for me. Definitely would recommend more to come here and talk to him if they’re looking to move to Virginia

  Vivir en St. John’s Wood Apartments ha sido una buena experiencia. Los apartamentos son cómodos y la comunidad es tranquila, con buenas áreas y servicios para los residentes. Además, quiero destacar el excelente servicio de Olga, quien siempre fue muy amable, profesional y dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento. Sin duda su atención hizo la experiencia aún mejor.

  So I really like these apartments they are nice and give so much space. But the management of this apartment complex could not be worse. It has hit rock bottom. Like I try to be understanding about being under staffed and being overworked when companies don't give you enough to do your jobs but at this point it is getting crazy. Move in was stressful because, emails got missed and it seemed like communication was next to none even when you call and go in. It took two months to finally get the credit for move in and get a month free deal. which also took several time of going into the office and calling to get the paper for it and then going in and calling several times just to have it applied the month we had signed and agreed upon. We have to have maintenance come back again and again for problems because we go small fix to big fix instead of just taking care of the problem correctly the first time. I get it it cost money but you are getting enough through rent to take care of all that. But today really had to be like the cherry on top, so I have lived for different GSC apartments including this one since like 2017 starting here, cardinal forest, colonial and then back here again. At the beginning of every year each one of these places, INCLUDING YALL, have sent a reminder email about the new years parking stickers because people with everything else they have to worry about each year people aren't always thinking about oh i need to go do that with out a reminder. Well this year I guess y'all decided that it didn't need to get sent out. I checked my email both under St. Johns Wood and GSC to see if anything got sent out about it and nothing. I have ones about the freeze and closures but none about our stickers. So this morning I wake up get ready for work and walk out my door to no car. Find out now that it was towed and I need to pay $225 in cash to a company that you have to make an appoint to pick up your car!! Yes very easy to do when you have no car and weirdly enough have a job to I don't know pay for a place to live where the management doesn't care about the residents and make life extremely difficult. If i could give y'all 0 stars I would I would negative if I could. This should be taken care of by y'all because you never sent anything out as a reminder and this is something y'all have been doing every year. Like the DMV even sends out notifications about expiring registrations and ids, so the least y'all good do was send out a reminder to residents that are paying you to live in this community. So I don't know what you all need to go higher more help or get management that can handle a basic email. If I had gotten anything from y'all I would be annoyed but not furious for not being reminded at all. Hell send a carrier pigeon a smoke signal anything. Life is rough enough right now without y'all not attempting to prevent large amounts owed by your residents by not sending a simple email. Do better Update: Finally got one of y'all on the phone and get told huh weird we didn't send you or your husband an email. But we did send it out to people and they have been coming in to get it so, its on you all at this point. Why is this not a blanket email to all residents. So are other residents getting their car towed because y'all just oopsed didn't send it. Like cool I'm so glad the people that got a reminder notice, remembered to do it but the people who didn't well I guess sucks to be you, you should just remember to do everything and anything all on your own because we are gonna act like we did our job when we didn't
