Kristen N. made us laugh so hard we almost cried and she was really knowledgeable. She knew the ins and outs of the apartment we were touring and she made us SO comfortable. When we walked in, we knew we had to talk to her just bc she was so honestly excited to talk to us. THIS WOMAN sold us on the apartment!! Her professionalism and attitude reflected St. john's plus the two bedroom was so cute.

They can’t even handle processing an application or sending a lease on time. They cannot manage maintenance requests or emergencies on time, either. This office should be ashamed of how poorly they’ve treated my friend (whom I personally recommended to this place) just trying to secure a place to live.

Just one day before their scheduled move-in, they were told they might need to reapply. No one followed up or offered any clear answers. This level of unprofessionalism caused unnecessary stress and frustration. I would not recommend leasing here.

THIS IS THE ONLY COMPLEX IVE EVER LIVED AT IN RICHMOND CITY THAT I FELT 100% SAFE... 8 years here and i really enjoyed it.. out of 8 years ive had my tires slit once (all cars on row tires was slit)... i lived on the 1bedroom side at front of complex near jhanke rd... QUIET. & PEACEFUL.. always paid my rent online so i honestly never dealt with leasing team.. Put a maintenance request in via online and theyll be at your door the very next morning..., i walked my dogs at 2-4am and always felt safe, police is ALWAYS parked/driving around ( i loved that)... after 8 years my final weeks in my apt, i did see a couple huge water bugs.. oh and about the trash, them taking the trashcans and started the door to door trash service was THE WORST!!. im sorry but those trash guys are THE WORST!!. some days they dont even come... wont come for 2/3 days at a time.. i move every year.. st johns woods was the ONLY apartment i lived at for more than 1 year!!! and its becuase i really enjoyed living around there and felt completely safe and "at home"... me not being from the area i was really shocked when uber drivers and co workers told me about how bad this complex used to be, ive heard so many horror stories about st johns woods in the early 2000s...anyway.. moral to the story! its a great choice for a 1 bedroom.... IMPORTANT NOTE: they will raise your rent 200+ each year so please remember...i would still be living around here if they didnt FORCE me to move by raising the rent to a complete ridiculous price for a 1 bedroom, i was like oh no im gone!!........BUTTTTTTTTT.. ill be back!. hahahahahaha...(maybe)
