  Leasing office gave attitude for no reason when I said good morning. They do not want to be there or they do not get paid enough somebody save these folks or hire new staff 😭🙏🏼 We were just trying to tour definitely crossed off the list.

  I honestly dislike when apartments be all friendly & sit to listen to you just to get application fees out of people who clearly don’t have it to give in hard times when you already explain the situation. Make someone go through all what they did just to hear bad news. Well I been to the property & it’s not the best place to live I just needed a place at the moment to get out the mold situation that’s making me & my baby sick but I look at it as God has something better for us. Thanks for wasting my time

  Melinda was extremely helpful in my search for an apartment. I had a good handful of complexes to look at, but this was the only one I wanted to see twice. Melinda was able to accommodate both visits with multiple floor plans. As I completed my paperwork, I had a lot of questions and she was extremely helpful in answering them, and making any adjustment to the paperwork. So far it's been a great experience, and I'm looking forward to my move-in date.

  Moved into this building 2 months ago, and I have nothing bad to say! Beautiful units and fixtures, lovely amenities, and the staff is so great and responsive. Melinda has been my leasing consultant since the day I toured, and she has been so accommodating and helpful. I've never seen a leasing/maintenance team be as quick to respond and assist as Sphere!
