DO NOT LIVE HERE! I was a resident here in apartment 129 for a little less than two years. I would’ve moved out after the first year but the office never sent me the renewal until 6 weeks into the 8 week window to let them know I was leaving, making it impossible to leave. One month after moving in, there was a huge mold issue in my closet and bedroom. Causing damage to personal property. It was treated with some chemical white paint but was never painted back to the original gray color after asking many times. The condensation from my window was beyond awful. After numerous requests and back and forth, this was never fixed. I had to put towels down all winter, rotating every 3-4 days, because they were soaked, to avoid a puddle of water in my bedroom.
There was a random, yet consistent smell of sewage in my apartment. Some times to the point I could not sleep there. With no knowledge of why after numerous maintenance requests.
My units heat was broken for two weeks in the middle of winter with a delayed short term solution of a small space heater.
My units AC was broken for SIX weeks at the end of spring through the middle of summer with a short term solution of a portable AC unit that was no better than the ceiling fan already in my apartment. This was offered after three weeks of no AC. Forcing me to buy my own. If I had not done this or if I had not had a window in that apartment I would not have been able to stay there.
The management is an absolute nightmare. There was constant turnover, no one being on site for days even weeks and literally zero responses to emails for weeks on basic management property needs.

Just don't do it. Issues with lease, management responding, being overcharged and not getting resolutions for months. I paid to get out early

Didn’t have a great time living here:
- Had to move units only a few months into my lease
- Original unit had a leaky window fixture they didn’t want to pay to have replaced. Water would pool in my bedroom and mold was found in the unit.
- Was not given any compensation for having to pick up and move to another smaller unit.
- Car was towed by a company the apartment employs from a spot I was told I could park in. Scott’s Edge refused to pay the $200 fee for it.
- Air in apartment feels musty and unsafe.
- Multiple A/C outages in the summer.
- Went through a period of many months where they could not consistently staff the leasing office.
- Attempts to break my lease were ignored.
There’s probably more that I’m not thinking of but that’s a good summary. You’re definitely paying for the location, not a quality living space.

I had an amazing apartment tour with Lili. She was incredibly helpful and informative. I’m really hoping to move into this beautiful building soon!
