  I had a pleasure touring the property a couple of weeks ago meet with Jessica she was amazing rep answered all my questions and more. I will definitely apply for the apartment with this complex.

  I toured with Melissa this week. Very friendly and down to earth tour. The area looks clean and the prices for the apartment are reasonable in comparison to other apartments. I do wish the water bill was based off of each unit versus shared. Other than the split water bill, which could be a good or bad thing, everything else sounds awesome. I do like that there is an alarm system as well for peace of mind. Update: I've been living here 6 months now. First day I moved in, there were roaches. I've tried several different methods of getting rid of them with no luck. I've put in requests and pest control has come but the roaches are still here. With the exception of roaches and ants, the apartments lay outs are nice and they answer maintenance work orders quickly. This place would definitely be a 5 if it weren't for the roaches.

  Latoya and Melissa are very helpful and friendly in the office. It’s always a pleasure talking to them. Chris is great at fixing issues. Nice place to live.

  I can never reach anyone over the phone whenever we call with a concern or issue, im always having to call 5+ times. When I cant get anyone on the phone after several attempts I have to email the manager to request a call since no one is answering. when that DOESNT work, I have to rush home to get to the leasing office on time about the issue or concern i have because no one is answering the phone earlier in the day.
