He was very pleasant and found that the whole hot water heater had split on the side and had flooded the pan. Jose did what he could and stated he could be here at 10:00am on Saturday the next day. He did a fabulous job and should be commended for being so empathetic and he did what he could for the time being. Landmark please do something spacial for Jose.
