  Janae is literally the best. Been living here since July 2024. She’s quite literally the best landlord I’ve ever had after 7/8 previous apartments. I love it here.

  Period of Tenancy [4/2024-11/2025] This review addresses specific experiences during my tenancy at this townhome community, focusing primarily on maintenance responsiveness, management conduct, and communication protocols. Maintenance and Structural Concerns: A significant concern during the lease period involved reported issues of mold contamination affecting multiple units within the complex. Requests for professional inspection and timely remediation were submitted but largely remained unaddressed by management. This lack of response regarding critical health and safety issues resulted in an unsatisfactory living environment. Management Conduct and Legal Matters: The management experience, particularly following the transition to the current manager, was contentious. The attempt to terminate the lease resulted in a lengthy legal process. I can confirm that the subsequent eviction filing brought against me was dismissed in court. Prospective tenants should be aware of a management style that appears oriented toward lease termination attempts rather than conflict resolution. Communication and Professionalism Communication from the property management team was consistently deficient. Formal inquiries, including emails and phone calls, frequently went unacknowledged, leading to delays and confusion. Personal interactions with staff were often perceived as lacking in professionalism and courtesy. Furthermore, there were reported instances of management providing inaccurate information regarding tenant status to outside third-party entities. The property's physical location is satisfactory, but the operational efficiency and ethical conduct of the current management team are severely lacking. The inadequate response to major maintenance concerns and the initiation of unfounded legal actions are highly detrimental factors that potential renters should weigh carefully before committing to a lease agreement here.
