  Moving can be stressful, but the team at Link Apartments made the process smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a perfect location, but what really stood out was the level of service. A special thank you to Victoria for going above and beyond to answer all my questions, walk me through every detail, and make sure I felt confident and comfortable about my new home. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in what she does. If you’re looking for a great place to live with exceptional staff, I highly recommend Link Apartments — and definitely ask for Victoria!

  I never write reviews but I lived here for a year and I loved this place! You get so many great amenities - parking, pool, gym, at no extra cost. I loved the Luxor lockers, I never had to worry about anyone stealing my packages. Trash chutes on every floor so dealing with trash is never a chore. Service elevator for easy move in/move out or carrying in furniture. The pool is huge and always clean. I loved that there was a parking garage, it made me feel very safe and it was helpful whenever it rained/snowed. I only ever needed maintenance once and they came and fixed the issue immediately! The location is perfect super close to downtown and belle isle and browns island are across the street! I had a second floor apartment so sometimes I would hear noise from the bar down the street - but it was never too much to the point where I couldn't sleep. The only reason I left this place was to move out of state, otherwise I would have stayed! Overall, I had a very peaceful experience living here, highly recommend! Karla and Nita in the leasing office were great too.

  Enjoyed living here. Being so close to downtown and accessible to the toll roads were very convenient. The indoor parking garage, package lockers, fitness center and trash chutes on every floor, just awesome. Thank you to the leadership of this complex, the maintenance men and custodian that help keep the property clean and running great.

  This is probably the best apartment complex I have lived in throughout the years. The units themselves have nice finishes, they are a good size, and they are fairly quiet as far as apartments go. I was fortunate enough to live on the 5th floor and noise was never an issue, it was amazing. The office staff and maintenance staff are excellent, they work hard and go above and beyond to make life easier for the tenants. Also - the location is really good. You're convenient to both downtown and the fan, and Manchester is in the middle of its own revitalization. Several coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries are all within walking distance. Belle Isle, the Floodwall, and the Buttermilk trail are also all right there.
