  I applied for the apartments at Chicago Manor townhomes. Samantha powers did our leasing application. She went above and beyond to help us she was very professional very knowledgeable very quick I knew what she was doing she made the process easier. She did this while tending to other tenants. She never showed any type of overwhelming feeling. I would give her more than five stars but that's all we can give. Thank you Mary

  I have been living at the Links since September and it has been the best renting experience I've had thus far in Richmond in four years! The apartments are nice, spacious and updated with amenities. The parking garage and package lockers are a big plus. The location is prime and walkable to the river. Perhaps the greatest thing is the staff! They are so friendly! They put on great events for the apartment community with awesome prizes. Will absolutely be renewing my lease.

  Close to the river, downtown, and Shockoe Bottom. Professional Staff. Have lived here for three years.
