  I’ve had a fantastic experience living at hydro apartment complex! The management team is always responsive and friendly, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with great amenities like a gym, pool, dog park. I also love how convenient the location is, close to everything I need. I’ve felt safe and comfortable here from day one. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to call home if looking for a new environment to stay you won’t be disappointed!

  I've been at Hydro for almost a year and have had several issues with the noise level. There is incessant thumping, banging and screaming coming from my upstairs neighbor. I talked with them and nothing has changed. I contacted leasing and nothing changed. My neighbor with whom I share a wall next door talks extremely loud, yells, has loud guests, has their TV turned up loud and plays their music loud. And outside people have full on pool parties with a standing sized DJ speaker. It has gotten out of hand. I put in multiple complaints with no change. I offered to move to a different unit. When I asked leasing what was available, that request was ignored. Now, months later, my neighbors are still loud, especially the one next door. It got to the point where I handled it myself by making noise on our shared wall when they were loud and screaming one morning to notify them that I could hear them. They banged on my door telling me to come out. They also yelled through the wall at me threatening to harm me and get some people to harm me. I called the police and got an order of protection. This was recorded and the leasing office and the police heard the threats of physical violence against me. My neighbor still lives next to me and leasing pretty much said there is nothing they can do. Now they are offering for me to move after they ignored my initial request. My safety is not being taken seriously. They are being dismissive and even made light of the threats. One reason I moved here was for my safety, a locked building with minimal to no foot traffic by the entrance. And now I have to deal with noise, and threats of violence and the solution is for me to move months after I asked to and was ignored. This is my main point because safety should always come first.

  Love this apartment complex from the location to the amenities to all of the staff members…Shout out to Joey (maintenance) and Alexander (front desk), they are so sweet and personable 🖤 SN:They could use more guest parking especially if you love company Update Sept 2025: if you project your voice when talking, like to have guest over that’s social then you may want to reconsider as I’ve been reported multiple times from my neighbor stating “I talk to loud” during day time hours that resulted in her banging on my wall and ended with her putting out a protection order on me 😭The same neighbor that reported me be in her cabinets playing with the pans I believe but I never report her bc I understand that the walls are very thin…My other neighbor beside me plays her music and the neighbor above walks hard however I understand the walls are thin, we live in a closed in space with 200+ apts, we are young adults and they pay their rent to live comfortably. Wish my other neighbor wasn’t so “grumpy and lonely”, hope she heal whatever trauma she has experienced that causes her to want to be “Miserable Mable” 😩🤣 Over the last two months, the cleanliness has been slipping tremendously such as odor in hallways, dirt on floor, trash juice stains on carpet for days at a time, etc. As someone that is extremely tidy, this was one of my reasons for moving here due to the upkeep.

  Having Alex assist from beginning of the apartment search till move-in and after, has been a great experience. This is my first place alone, and with the help it’s provided a sense of security and likeness.
