Apartment was not cleaned or checked out before we arrived. Blocked drains, spiderweb, dust. Missing shelves in cabinets. Over the course of two years, emails were ignored (never received a FOB for the pool or the gym after numerous requests in person and over email), paperwork was lost (had to sign renewals twice, had to sign notice of vacating three times.. Maintainence is holding this star score on their shoulders. They were polite, great, quick, and easy. Called me about issues for updates, etc. Amazing team. Apartment itself is mediocre at best. Horrible cabinets and loud sliding doors. Washer and dryer had to be run twice each even after replacing. First washer had mold, second washer had mold and had a broken door. Solid AC unit and nice balconies. Home had numerous cracks and holes around, along with bugs. Lots of bugs: silverfish, spiders, and roaches. Windows have a second glass panel in them so you have no airflow unless you remove it. Overhead lighting is nice but the chandelier in the main room is super low. Walk in closet has no airflow if the door is closed, so everything smells. Also, food delivery has trouble navigating due to poor location of housing numbers in some areas.

It's 1am, I have work tomorrow morning. I'm glad I chose a short lease, but I do wish it was shorter. It's really luck that's going to determine whether or not you get the peace and quiet that you want. But if you like the idea of hearing your neighbors snore, the sounds of voices mumbling through the floors, the opening and closing of cabinets, this is the place for you. Maintenance is quick to respond at least. They responded to a ticket in less than 24 hours to adjust hinges.

(9-11-25) He was very kind and very knowledgeable explaining to me how to use the garbage disposal. He knew right away after examining it that I needed a new one.
