I recently moved to Foxchase/Brandywine from Phoenix, AZ without ever having been to Virginia before, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The entire staff made me feel welcome from day one. Arianna and D’Aysa have been incredibly friendly and helpful. Catina and Victoria have created an inviting environment for new move-ins. And Sye has been outstanding throughout my entire move-in process — she walked me through the lease step by step and made everything feel smooth and stress-free, especially considering I moved across the country. I’m genuinely grateful for the team here and highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Apartment was switched last minute to a location we specifically asked not to be in on the day before we moved in. Apartment was not cleaned or checked out before we arrived. Blocked drains, spiderweb, dust. Missing shelves in cabinets. Over the course of two years, emails were ignored (never received a FOB for the pool or the gym after numerous requests in person and over email), paperwork was lost (had to sign renewals twice, had to sign notice of vacating three times.. Maintainence is holding this star score on their shoulders. They were polite, great, quick, and easy. Called me about issues for updates, etc. Amazing team. Apartment itself is mediocre at best. Horrible cabinets and loud sliding doors. Washer and dryer had to be run twice each even after replacing. First washer had mold, second washer had mold and had a broken door. Solid AC unit and nice balconies. Home had numerous cracks and holes around, along with bugs. Lots of bugs: silverfish, spiders, and roaches. Windows have a second glass panel in them so you have no airflow unless you remove it. Overhead lighting is nice but the chandelier in the main room is super low. Walk in closet has no airflow if the door is closed, so everything smells. Also, food delivery has trouble navigating due to poor location of housing numbers in some areas.
