- LMLinda MartinOct 22, 20255.0I love living her. My neighbor's are great.,Not the new one.(Awful). When my friends and Church family comes..They love the look.Ouiet , peaceful and pet friendly. The office staff are great ,they love some of us but then theirs other's. The grounds are kept clean and tree and grass are kept. Some people are going too talk.but me as a person I'm people friendly. Love love it here.Yout maintenance people are doublely great.

The location is hard to beat—being right by the river with nice restaurants, sunsets, & a fun bike commute if you work downtown. Also shoutout to Paiton from the leasing office! She's phenomenal & honestly made the entire move-in process simple and stress-free. Looking forward to settling in here!

She was nothing but informative and charming. She was keen on answering any questions I may had and made the entire walk through feel comforting. During my leasing signing and other move in necessities, I had the privilege of working with Paiton. She was also nothing short of wonderful. She handled my abundance of questions beautifully and made my move in process as easy as possible. I could not have asked for a better team to work with. I look forward to calling East 51 my new home :)

From the tour all the way through move-in, Paiton was knowledgeable, patient, and very responsive to all communications. My apartment is very clean and in excellent condition. Everything works. So far it seems to be pretty quiet here which is what I was going for. People are walking their dogs everywhere and I haven't heard a single bark in the two days I've been here. I don't mind a barking dog but it's almost like they aren't allowed to, lol. If you value a quiet environment with modern amenities, scenic views, and bark-less dogs, come check this place out!

Kayley helped us throughout our entire process more than we expected. She was extremely kind, friendly, and really made us feel like she cared about our search for the perfect place we could call home. We are extremely grateful for Kayley and the assistance she has offered us. Not only is Kayley an absolute angel, but so is the whole leasing team. We ran into an issue with our originally selected unit and the team at East 51 worked to give us several options so that we may still call this neighborhood our home. What started as an unfortunate problem quickly turned into a blessing in disguise! Our unit is so beautiful and is more than we were searching for. We are excited to live here and are eternally thankful for the East 51 team!
