  Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Predatory Practices of Peaco Towing I am writing to express my DEEP DISSATISFACTION and ABSOLUTE DISBELIEG regarding the Association’s continued business relationship with Peaco Towing. Since moving here in 2022, my vehicle has been towed five times, despite my status as a resident. The practices employed by Peaco Towing are not just inconvenient; they are ethically questionable and lack transparency for the following reasons: • Lack of Proper Notice: There is a consistent failure to provide clear, visible notice before a vehicle is seized. Where are the warnings? Where is the communication? • Inconsistent Enforcement: The "criteria" for towing seems entirely random. It appears the driver decides who to tow on a whim rather than following a clearly defined set of community rules. • Predatory Behavior: Their "sketchy" tactics feel designed to generate profit rather than manage parking for the benefit of the residents. It is disheartening that our Association continues to partner with a company of this reputation. As a resident, I expect the Board to vet its contractors and protect homeowners from "scum" tactics that make living here feel like a constant anxiety. I strongly urge the Association to re-evaluate this contract and consider a towing service that operates with transparency, integrity, and respect for the people who actually live here.

  During the five years I've lived in my community, I've been very disappointed in the service provided by our community manager. His response to all complaints I've made is that he manages 10 communities. Our HOA fees should provide for better service.

  This disheartening and sad.. This is my 1st home. I am waiting on siding to be replaced and testing for mold. I have a chronichealth issue. Meanwhile, has anyone got assistance on snow removal for their street area or ice melt assistance? Lawn maintenance from A1 class is disappointing too.

  Does not respond to questions or concerns. Does not do what they are paid to do. Edit (11/13): I will not be sending an email. Your employees are rude and disrespectful if they can be reached at all. The managing agent has a duty to serve the community not just the board.
