Does not respond to questions or concerns. Does not do what they are paid to do.
Edit (11/13): I will not be sending an email. Your employees are rude and disrespectful if they can be reached at all. The managing agent has a duty to serve the community not just the board.

i would give them 0 stars if i could. awful people, 0 empathy for owners in properties management by them, impossible to contact and if you do get in touch with them they give you the wrong information or lie to protect themselves.
they should be investigated

My experience with Associa Group has been extremely disappointing. The handling of a serious maintenance issue — a squirrel trapped in the attic — has shown a complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and effective communication.
Despite repeated outreach and clear urgency, responses were delayed, dismissive, and often confusing. Michele Joseph in particular demonstrated carelessness and disrespect, which is a poor reflection on an organization responsible for managing an entire community. Rather than providing clear direction or timely updates, communication was inconsistent and left both myself and my landlord without answers.
This is not only frustrating but also unacceptable for a company of this size. Tenants and homeowners should not have to fight for basic communication and timely service when their homes are directly affected. The lack of accountability and empathy in resolving this matter reflects poorly on Associa’s ability to effectively manage the properties entrusted to them.

Associa Community Group employees will always say "this is a thankless job" whenever persons in neighborhoods managed by them raise issues with the performance of Associa employees.
The issue with this statement is that implies they actually do their jobs. If you read through the reviews, see the number of people that have issues unresolved for months.
The management should be ashamed. They have fostered a culture of laziness where the ones left hurt are the homeowners. They get to go home from work every day and not worry about anything. These are our homes. We do not get to escape from their neglect and cannot wait 30 business days for basic responses, if any are received at all.
If it was a thankless job, then the job would be done. You are not a firefighter, a police officer, or anything else.
